It may be Sunday but that doesn’t mean I rested on my laurels. I picked up my ipad and sketched out some more morph designs for my character. Each new iteration taking me closer to what I’m aiming for. Wet Summer days like the one outside my window here are perfect for sitting down and diving into some drawing. There’s very little motivation to go outside and do something else.

I took my favourite design so far and drew it out with my favoured digital brush lining tool and added colour, to see how it would look. It definitely feels like I’m improving the idea each time. So for now, I’ve put my drawing kit away. Time to rest, sleep on it and look again with fresh eyes tomorrow.
